Heroes...

Does Peter have all of his powers back, or just flight?

Worf/Goliath as President is going to kick ass.

Why does it feel like X-Men with the whole Trask/Mutant Registry/Sentinel program?

Is Sylar dead for realzies this time? Like, for real realzies? Yeah... I didn't think so either.

1. What Trey said ...
2. INDEED!
3. INDEED!
4. No. If you notice ... Claire pointed out that with her healing power (that Sylar has), if you stab her in a certain place in the back of the neck it takes her out of commission. That's what she did to him. He's not dead.

Yeah, I caught that, but then the building blew up. If he takes enough damage while his healing is turned off, can he die, or does he just die until the object is removed from his brain?

I'm leaning towards the latter because they seem reluctant to finish Sylar off.

I don't think it turns his healing off. It just severs the spinal column making him paralyzed. He can't heal it as long as the object remains in the way of the nerves repairing. This shouldn't stop him from healing anything else.

In s1, Claire didn't heal her open chest would from the autopsy until the stick was removed from the back of her head.

Also, Claire should have never revealed her weakness to Angela OR her father.

She's a naive teenager who wants desperately to have a trusting, loving family. I completely understand why she did it, though I agree that she shouldn't have.

He's Wolverine. His healing factor depends on who is writing him.

Sometime in the future after he has shown up again
in a shocker twist we will see a flashback of the
building going boom and the fire destroying the
object in his neck. We will then see him crawl away
looking like living death as the healing powers
kick in and he will swear vengeance on them all as
he becomes a "Fugitive".

They left Angela alone in the room with Sylar's body. All she had to do was remove the glass.

Nobody is dead until you see the body. And in Heroes, even that is only true half the time.
