Because the person ended up the Prince, I handled the investigation very politely, and I had no intention of calling a Conclave over it. However, two weeks later she lost the Praxis, so she lost the priveledge as well.
(WW Princes) Most of the American Princes aren't portrayed as godly powerful figures, but excellent politicians, able to maintain their power and balance the city. Only a handful of Canon WW Princes - Mithras, Queen Anne, Wahlberg, Corazon, Villon, and maybe a few others I can't think of seem to be portrayed as having such utter and complete rule, enough status, and with the personal power to back it up, to get away with such things.
