Ahhh, Buck 65 is immense. After seein him at Leeds I had to buy this cd, he was so good. Had a great rapport with the audience, he seemed really easy going and funny and his tunes were so intelligent and funky. Has a really sexy voice too.
Goin to the pub today for Mouse's birthday and to celebrate Spoon's new job, should be funny.
Goin to Pressure at the Arches on Friday night, can't wait, is gonna be mental. Kimmy Kim Kim, please come, shall be a wicked night! Plenty of dancing and fleeing!
I am so hopelessly addicted to cds, even more than weed. This week I spent about 80 squid on cds! And I smoked nothing! I've not smoked since last Saturday, I rule :P
Not really. The thing is, it's not even being stoned I miss, it's the yummy taste of skunk. Sitting in Spoon's room on Sunday was so hard cause her n Guthrie were just passin joints between themselves and my mouth was actually watering from the smell. I could almost taste it myself **drools**
Anyway, I'm not gonna smoke till the Arches cause I'll be fleein and it'll be impossible to resist. Then after that I dunno, just see how long I can last. I think I might just only smoke at gigs n parties n the Arches. Seems reasonable. As trying to stop completely seems very unreasonable.
Got so many amazin gigs coming up! D12, Roni Size, The Jim Rose Circus, Dizzee Rascal, Soulwax, Machine Head, The motherfuckin Prodigy!!! Ahhh, gig heaven, well maybe not quite. If Nine Inch nails and System played again then it would be. This year I've seen so many amazing bands and acts. Music is so much more addictive than drugs.
