Day 16: An episode you've seen more than three times
To be honest, this is the beauty of NCIS and probably the reason I got hooked on it in the first place: it's on all the damn time, on about three different channels. It's practically unavoidable. I'll rarely sit down and watch a whole episode, but it's kind of always there in the back of my consciousness, in a jumbled up, out of order, half-watched way. (Until I made the effort to sit down and watch the whole series in order, I was very confused about a lot of the characters' relationships.) However, probably the episode I've watched the most times intentionally is 7x01 "Truth or Consequences". Granted, I haven't done a scientific poll or anything, but I don't think there are very many NCIS fans who don't appreciate that episode.
