Being a passenger is much better
I was a passenger on an overnight dive boat, and seriously, that is MUCH better than being a crew member. Had loads of fun, so lots of sharks, got into an argument with one of the boatee's onboard about GT's (we both walked away knowing we were right, the difference is, he was wrong. I even double checked my facts when I got back to work using reef fish identification books.)
I'm leaving Cairns and Australia on the 15th of December, and I'm looking forward to going to NZ and Hawaii. Unfortuanetly, a week isn't long enough to see a country the size of England, so I just guess I'll have to go back someday.
I'm not going to miss this internship, but I will miss the crew.
