Yeah for Cyclones! For those of you who are unaware of Australian weather (probably everyone) we have a cyclone just a few hundreds kilometers off of the North Queensland coast.  In the last like 48 hrs it has gone from category 1 to cat 3, back to cat 2.  Very confusing little beasty, and the weather dudes says it has the potential to go up to cat

Hahaha...that could be...there was that helicopter crash in Phoenix, but I don't know if that counts.

I agree with you about your tourists...some of my students are behaving the same way. Not throwing up, but they are asking me questions that they can damn well answer themselves instead of being lazy and asking me i.e. when is the homework due.

Nah, it really shouldn't hit here, but the weather is lousy because of it. Should be clear hot skies this time of year, and instead it's all rainy.
Don't get me wrong, I like overcast skies, but I can do without the constant drizzle. Welcome to the rainforest, I guess.

I found out what sto lat means. You know that city in the Diskworld series? It is Polish for a hundred miles.
