dear god. i got my ass kicked today.
i went to the gym, and i ran for about a half mile to warm up. after that, i did sets to exhaustion, (i dont know what exactly that is called but it is called something. ill look it up later) of curls, bench press, pull downs, the row machine, butterflies, and situps.
im going to make some pasta now.
