Time is flying by!!
Hello! Long time no update I guess.
Life is all work and no play pretty much since we got here in Feb which sucks. I'm making pretty decent money and Courtney is making shit money but is working towards what she loves which in the end makes up for it. Got my new computer aka the Hackintosh built last month, its a beast and at a third of the cost of a real mac! Suck it apple.
I will possibly be starting a new job at the end of the month and....it's different. Basically what I will be doing is going to an office, checking out a SUV, get directions, go to girls houses, pick them up, take them to their set for the day. Moviestars? More like Fucking pornstars and I am like a chauffeur but dressed down and more casual. Job pays $400 cash plus tips and apparently I will clear $200 in tips alone so that means $600 a day what the hell. Besides the money I'm interested in the alone time I will have while they are shooting movies or whatever. First things first, get a laptop to produce with while I'm waiting on these dirty girls. I will have all day to make music. Annnnd the job is only 3 days a week which will still easily triple my income.
Moving into a bigger loft early to mid september, around 1000 sq ft, maybe a little more. Rent goes up to around 2k a month.
Also picked out the classes I want to take to get certified in Logic 8, $900 for each class and they're like two days each. Insane amount of money but I think it will be worth it. Also looking into take a sound design course for creating my own sounds, that is like $700 but again worth it.
If I get this job I will have so much more time to do what I want, I hate waiting tables now.
Was supposed to come to vegas at the end of the month, still not sure if I'm coming yet.
