The Toyota Circus
Even though it's most likely a flaw in the ETC that spans the entire Toyota line (which Toyota is dodging probably for the same reason Ford was dodging Pinto improvements), I probably don't have to worry much about sudden acceleration, because:
a) a Yaris engine is underpowered from the start - even if you floor it, you don't get much acceleration
b) mine's a stick, and the clutch (luckily) is still mechanical and not drive-by-wire
I figure I'd have at least a couple of seconds to disengage the clutch before the car got above "crawl" speed ;)
