an updated figure
a long time ago i wrote about how much money the war in Iraq has cost us...well I recentlly heard updated figures on how much its run us so far. 300 BILLION DOLLARS. Wow. Thats a little over 1000$ per person living in the US. I dont know about you but I would rather that 1000 bucks go towards something like feeding someone that is hungry in the US, or helping someone find a job. And IF we just HAD to spend it overseas, why not spend it in Sudan, where people are being murdered because of their ethnicity. Think about what 300 billion could do for education...
