It's not that I don't like my job. It's more that I'm bored on the one hand, and don't believe it is right to liquidate a job that needs filling and a qualified candidate applied for, just because said qualified candidate is already doing the job (and well, at that). Yeah, I know that comment made sense. Maybe I'll go into detail later. Maybe not.
Bottom line is that while I am an intelligent person with a lot of value for an employer (i.e. I see what needs to be done and do it, rather than sit around and piss & moan about no one telling me what I'm supposed to be doing) I can't make a resume for myself to save my, um, self.
Anyone out there willing to help me create a resume that shows what a rock star I really am? Even better yet, the same resume doctored up a couple of different ways to showcase different sides of the same talents. The reality of the world is that I either need to get a new job at a different company, or I need to get a job offer from a different company in order to get the current company to step up to the plate and value what they've got.
