The Slip
This album produced the incredible Coronoa Radiata & Lights In The Sky (which should have been the last track)- but beyond that, I'm disappointed. We didn't need another rock album, especially one that's shitty.
And last time I checked, he already released Discipline as 'Only' on With Teeth.
Echoplex and Head Down are alright... but all the lyrics on this album are incredibly hard to swallow.
I'm starting to think he only has that studio set up to look cool in his high res pictures. He seems to always just end up using the broken guitar and cheesy drum machine he's got stored down in the basement next to the dusty nintendo & falco records.
Or maybe I just need to give this album more time. I'm still trying.
