Michael Cook(name tentative unless someone has a suggestion): Kamen Rider Hydro or Aqua.(depending on suggestions) The first to receive his Advent Deck. Upon using it, finds out his father was once a Kamen Rider as well as his deceased mother.
Maria Santiago: Kamen Rider Spirit.
Steve Winters: Kamen Rider Arctic (or Freeze). Third Rider to appear. Enjoys being a Rider a little too much till his older sister almost is killed by a monster. Has trouble keeping focus with anything that isn't comicbook-like. Takes things more personally than Maria or Michael. Also has grown up with Michael and Maria, and will trust them with this life.
Lou Stone: Kamen Rider ???. Quiet and unwilling to rock the boat. Out of all the Riders, he's the most reluctant and like Phil was forced into the Rider War to kill Michael, Steve and Maria.
Phil Samuels: Kamen Rider Blaze. (Volcano or Inferno) Enjoys being Blaze a BIT too much and isn't afraid to get his hands dirty to win a fight. Was promised along with his best friend Lou freedom if they killed the other three Riders who were freeing human captives.
Tatum O'Neil: Kamen Rider Draco. After numerous failures of Phil and Lou, Draco is called in to finish the job and correct the failure. Soon it becomes apparent that Tatum is only a Rider to protect her family. Once the secret is out, Lou and Phil convince her to join with the others after her sister is turned into a monster.
Mimi Tachikawa: Kamen Rider Lilly.
Brian O'Neil: Kamen Rider ???Impressionable teen way over his head. Is killed in action during the defection of Draco.
Digits (name is tentative): Dubbed 'minions' by the Riders. Usually weak, they are small humanoid creatures the reside in three stages, The basic stage is the size of a six year old child and usually rabid. They can easily be dealt with with a smart Rider. Stage two are smarter, quicker and more agile than most humans and their about six feet tall with a vaguely humanoid shape and an animal motif. Very dangerous. Stage three has them being over fifteen feet tall, with a giant torso and crablike or spiderlike body and the upper part looks humanoid.
Kamen Rider Pheles: The mastermind behind the monsters, Rider Wars and the disappearances of people and former Riders throughout Earth and Mirror World. Focuses on killing Riders but will convert them to his side if he requires their services.
