i like calling people out when they paraphrase something they saw on slate and try to pass it off as their own genius.
"blah blah blah"
"yeah, i saw that on slate, too"
"oh uh yeah... that's where i saw that"
"nice try though"
i was in kentucky friday and now i am in west virginia. both places are hilarious. yesterday we got back from the rehearsal dinner and there was kareyoke "downtown." (downtown is a two block long strip mall, where starbucks is the big attraction). it was awful and wonderful at the same time, and i had a really bad rendition of hotel california stuck in my head all night
