James's been taken. It's kind of lonely in the house now... well, apartment. At least I've got this gomi plant. Oh. I'm...terribly sorry about James. If there's anything I can do.

...I could use some company for a little while. Maybe until he comes back, but I don't want to be too much of a bother...

[folkloristic]

Oh. Not at all. I wouldn't mind. I could bring some food, and sweets! They always manage to cheer me up.

[keusrai]

Some comfort food would be nice right now, actually. ...Do you think it'd be alright if I dropped by your place this time?

[folkloristic]

Oh no! Not at all. It's been a bit empty here as well. I'll put on some tea! Come over when you're ready. Ah Community House 7 room 22 floor 5!

[keusrai]

I'll be right there... just have to water the plants and gather a few things first.

Oh, could you please make some peppermint tea, if you have some?

[folkloristic]

Peppermint...I believe I have some. I'll check! But do take your time, it'll take a few minutes for the water to boil!

[keusrai]

Alright. Thanks, Helios.

[In about ten minutes, Keu's going to show up at Helios' door, quite bundled up. Of course, he'll knock first.]

[folkloristic]

[ Aaand he'll be answering that knock with a perfectly broad, dorky, customary smile. ]

Come in! Come in! It's far too cold out for anyone to be waiting outside long. [ Plus you look positively frigid, poor thing. He'll wave you on to come right in stepping to the side to allow the other to enter. ]

[keusrai]

Whew, thanks. [He'll head right in and find somewhere to sit, keeping his winter stuff on for now.] Oh, hey, random question. Does "Helios" mean anything?

[folkloristic]

[ He nods before going off to fetch the brewing tea and some comfort foods like cakes and the like. And a few minutes later he'll be carrying in a tray with an assortment of cakes, cookies, and of course tea. He smiles as he places it on a nearby table. ]

Hm? Oh! Well in Greek mythology Helios was used to personify the sun. He's technically the god of it actually!

[keusrai]

Oh, okay! [The "Greek" part goes right over his head, but "mythology" is right on target.] I thought it had something to do with helium, aha. [He grabs a cake and starts munching on it.] ...You're not that Helios, are you?

[folkloristic]

I see, I see! I suppose if you're not familiar with the religion or mythology it's easy to confuse.

[ Helios grabs one as well looking back at Keusrai before smiling and then laughing. ]

Heavens no! I'm just an ordinary man with mere flesh and blood! [ And with that he continues with taking a bite out of his cake amused. ] And a sweet tooth, can't forget that.

[keusrai]

Well, better to be sure. There's a surprising amount of deities around here. [He noms more cake, then pours himself a cup of tea.]

[folkloristic]

Deities? Really? My I didn't even notice, though I suppose they wouldn't make such a thing publicly known.

[keusrai]

I've seen... well, two, at least. I guess that's not really a surprising amount... I do know there's a lot of supernatural beings here, though. Some of them might be gods. [He just smiles and shrugs.]
