I have no time for this method, but I've used it in the past and it does work really well. I currently use West African Black Soap that I got at the World Market at the Harbourfront. It's got naturally occurring AHAs, so my skin is awesome (well, to me it is). And I use a bee-product moisturizer made locally, using locally created and grown ingredients. The honey, etc. in the moisturizer also contains naturally occurring AHAs. I have very little need to physically exfoliate my face. I love that. Skips a step in the shower, which saves a bit of water, and I feel good about my complexion.
