hair, work, home
my hair is PURPLE. and so are my fingernails. rubbing alcohol did precious little to erase the colour on them. ew. now they smell bad. really bad. :( mm, good. soap helps. :)
misslynx and I did something bright last night. we turned the fan around so that it blows all the cold night air from the back window through to the front window. this served to make the entire apt. livably cool, esp. the bedroom, where it was an easy 5 degrees warmer than anywhere in the house. I say we, but technically it was Lynxie's doing. I only thought about it for weeks and never said anything, so she should get all the brightness points. *grins*
optimystik is finally jobified: a short, 6-week contract. after that, I am hoping for him a permanent, wikkidly cool, well-paying job where he can dress however he wants, work with numbers, make big dents in his bills, and have stuff left over.
as for myself, I can only hope to have a work permit sometime in the next 5 months. Preferably, in the next two-three weeks, please oh please!
In the meantime, I shall work on organizing and cleaning the bedroom and some other things.
