I spilled red wine on the carpet- it was my own fault for trying to do two things at once. While kicking salt into the pile, Sarah suggested I pour white wine over the stain. I never understood that course of action- why throw good wine after bad?
A few months ago, I subscribed to a cinema. I give them £11 ($22) a month, and in return I get a little plastic card that says I can see all the movies I can handle. This works out as a good deal if you can pick out at least two films to watch a month. What I didn't consider, was if I move out of the area, there aren't any branches for me to get my movie fix. Seemed like a golden deal at the time.
