I would love a beach episode as well. I mean, I assume that since Vancouver is, you know, NEAR THE COAST that it wouldn't be THAT much more expensive. *sigh*

I love when writers use locations they are familiar with as well. I think one of the awesome things about Show is that you can do just that from anywhere, really. I tend to do it alot. I lived in New Jersey until I was 15. I've lived in Pittsburgh for the past nine years, and I'm in the process of moving to Michigan. I didn't do it on purpose initially, but when I reread everything I've written, I notice that they always seem to end up in NJ, PA, Ohio (the boyfriend went to college in Cleveland, so I'm pretty familiar with the Buckeye state too) or Michigan.

With that said, I totally do it on purpose now and I'm actually (slowly) working on a casefic that takes place in the amusement park that I worked at all through college. It even draws on actual park lore. I'm so pleased. I wish I had more time to work on it!

You totally hit the nail on the head with where Sam n' Dean are right now. I would very much like to continue playing in this 'verse, especially once the season starts.

And speaking of love....your icon. THAT is love.

I'd play in your 'verse in a New Jersey minute! (Not quite as fast as a New York minute but less full of itself.)

Looking forward to the amusement park fic when it comes to fruition, fer sher.

I'm here transplanted in Buckeye territory myself. By way of Minnesota, Florida, Washington DC, New York, and West Virginia. I've always wanted to do something with Appalachia's Mothman...

And thank you! I have a Dean one too. SPN SummerArt gave me an excuse to put the shirtless boys in cut-offs. Like I needed an excuse...

Eee! Play away! I love to share.

I'm hoping that once my move is over with, I finally work on my amusement park fic. It's all mapped out and the first section is written. It just needs finished. Boo.

Wow! You have lots of places to draw on! That's awesome. Hey, neighbor. *waves* Are you east Ohio or west?

I've always wanted to do something with Appalachia's Mothman...

Do eeeeeet! That would be seriously sweet. I'm actually kinda surprised that Show hasn't gone there.

And we always need more shirtless boys in cut-offs (on a beach!).

I'm central Ohio, actually. Dead center.

There's a crap ton of stuff on my plate right now, but I love the stage you set. I don't remember your first two coda-bits (totally the fault of my perforated memory or maybe I missed 'em somehow) but if I find a good push and time to scribble, I wanna play in your sandbox. You should come up with a "verse" name, totally.

Now, I'm off to read some codas. *ahem* And love me some manpain.

Central Ohio! Its so flat! Every time I drive across the state, I get this mantra in my head of just, "Why are you do flat? WHY ARE YOU SO FLAT?"

Lol.

I'm thinking of a name! I was calling it "Lost Summer" for awhile, but that doesn't make alot of sense if I'm going to continue it into the season. Maybe something will come to me once s7 starts up!

Mmm. Manpain. Enjoy!

Yep, flat as the proverbial pancake! And often quite brown. But you don't have to go far to get hilly and green, thank gawd. Makes travel all the more appreciated.

How about "Lost Seasons?" Hedge your bets. ;) The visual of Dean coming up on Sam as he's wrapped in that threadbare blanket, on the creaky wooden stairs to the lake, is haunting me...
