I know I left, but some of you might be interested in this, so I'm posting it here too :)
I'm doing the 40 hour famine this year - I really wanted my scripture class to do it as a group, but looks like we're not allowed, so to encourage the girls to still do it, I feel I need to lead the way. But I'm not only doing it for that, I just feel the cause that this years famine is going towards is such an important one, child trafficking in India.
This video gives you a little taste of what's going on, and why I'm doing this...
I'm going to give up technology for 40 hours rather than food, I figure technology will actually be harder for me than food. TV, phone, computer, ipod etc.
