random things and birthday
Two random things I have decided I like:
Feist. I am terribly out of the loop in terms of popular music these days because I so rarely listen to the radio, and so a lot of the music I get into, I hear about from friends. Or, in this case, hear it on the PA at Barnes and Noble and suddenly get the urge to go ask the guy in the music department, "What's that?"
Bath and Body Works Midnight Pomegranate. A while back I fell in love with a BPAL scent called Hymn to Proserpine, which alas contained sandalwood, also known to me as migrainedalwood. Woe. However, this new B&BW scent smells almost exactly, on me, like the HtP except without the migrainedalwood. Yay!
Both of these things shall be obtained at my earliest financial opportunity.
It's labstar's birthday today! :) A bunch of us went to Sophia's to celebrate. Yumm, Sophia's.
