Uneventfully Sublime
Where IS everybody??
Today was nice.
I picked Mark up after work and we went and visited Jimmy and Kelly for a little while. We may have a picnic tomorrow afternoon, basket and all (yay!).
Later, we visited Grace (of Denny's fame), Matt (Prince Galileo on lj), and Grace's husband Joe. Played Scrabble while Joe and Mark played a PS1 game including cute dragons and cheetas on skateboards, lizards in balloons, fairies, cannons, kangaroos - you know, standard video game fodder.
A few days ago the girls and I (the girls being Jess and Keely) played a show in near Manheim, Pa. It was staged at a person's house who was obviously rich and owned a gi-normous plot of land in the mountains. There was a natural ampitheatre-shaped rock formation, a gorgeous house that was huge and spectacularly decorated, candles everywhere, food, beer, and friends - a rockin' good time, for sure. Except for the mosquitos. Boy, my elbows must sure be yummy - they got hit the hardest.
School begins Monday next. I must husband my strength.
