(no subject)
hmmm i could almost say that i didn't waste today. i tidied my room, took a long walk, got some outlines for scholarship essays done. I need to get a rough english paper out.
"Literature is the question minus the answer"
I was thinking of using Their Eyes Were Watching God, b/c that is one of my favorite books. So i need to find a central question then think about whether it is answered. its easy enough, i'm just too lazy to think of a good central question. I was considering "at what societal risks does one find indivduality?" or " can one create happiness, at what cost?"
i'm not much good at making up questions when i know that i have to answer them. at any rate its not due til wednesday so i can proceed in a relaxed fashion.
this weekend was good. The Ring2 wasn't too scary, sure i jumped and stuff but i wasn't scarred for life. THe one scene that really bothered me was when this lady filled a syringe with air and injected it into her neck. that's about the time i curled up into the fetal position.
I haven't felt nervous all day today. trader joe's makes the best guacamole EVER. guacamole is one of my favorite foods <3
i don't have to work at all this week except for Friday, 9-6. i miss the money, but not the earning process.
