Avoid Amazon, but buy Captive Prince

To add to its destruction of local money and employees, it now turns out that the behemoth has been a mite careless (at least) with screening its security contracts. Their security company has the name "Hess" and yes, it's pretty certain they're admirers of Hitler's deputy. Making sure foreign workers worked hard? Right up their alley.

The Captive Prince a wonderful book many fans have been following for years, I among them, is now being sold through Amazon, and I really want to plug it. Painless_J recc'd it in progress years ago, and I (and many fans!) got hooked. but I strongly suggest waiting until Barnes and Noble or some other even more local bookstore can access it. ISBN for the first book (two are out, and the third is being written, and oh, it's lovely work!) is ISBN-10: 0987507303. You can order it from a local, less monopolistic bookstore with that number and the title (and please do; trust me, it's worth it).
