Granted, my mind has serious issues reading Twitterspeak, but I don't get this at all: can someone explain it? And don't you think Helen Killer on Twitter would be much more interesting?

I went to read it a few days ago, and my conclusion was that it was complete gobbledygook on purpose, ie, an old-style make fun of the disabled sort of thing.

Sadly, I think I disagree with you: I think it's entirely possible this person is in high school or even college. On the bright side, it reminds me of the time I was giving a presentation to my grad school media studies class and made a passing mention of Helen Keller jokes, and no one in the class knew that there wqas an entire subgenre of juvenile humor based on Helen Keller/blindness jokes. I'm hoping most of this humor is now marginalized to the truly immature.
