I would like today to be over now, plzkthx.
Made a hodgepodge chili last night - black beans, a jar of salsa, ground beef, onion & 3/4 of a frozen red pepper I forgot I had in the freezer from the time I made calzones. The verdict? Excellent, but very spicy. Note to self: when using chipotle salsa, you do not need to add chili powder.
Anyway, I've got 5 containers in the work freezer so I have lunches for next week.
