Sure, sure, everyone should dress however they want and there should be free puppies and kittens for all. But as What Not to Wear keeps hammering into us, people judge you by how you dress. I don't often wear my pentacle because I'm afraid of reactions at work or at play (so I wear my tree lady instead). We live in a superficial culture and in the same way that you wear a business suit to a job interview, if you wear foofy skirts, cloaks and reek of sandalwood, people are going to roll their eyes when they see you. It's just how it is.
