So, last year I decided way too late that I would go to Anime Boston because surely there would be tons and tons of beautiful Hetalia artwork for sale! And because I decided a few days before, not only was registration expensive, it was far too late for me to find some vaguely cosplay-y way for me to declare my undying love for Hetalia.
Then I went to CVS, and happened to stop before the nail polish stand.
Nail polish. Nails. I can paint on my nails. I can paint flags on my nails!
So, I went and bought nail polish (for the first time ever in my life!), and the night before, I painted my nails with country flags! They were wobbly and kind of ugly, but it was fun and they came out okay for my first time painting my nails ever. And I even used them to do pairings! See:

So, the only pairing I really ship in there is Sweden/Finland. For the rest, I just went "what countries have close ties with each other?" and went with that x]
Anyway, after that bit of fun, I decided doing nail art is really fun! So a few days ago when I got bored, I decided to do some more. Previously I'd had a moment where I thought about Prussia. Namely, how Prussia's flag is cool. Therefore, I decided to do Prussia-inspired nails. Meaning only black, white, and gold allowed. Here's (a very crappy image of) how it turned out:

Seriously, Prussia is cool, even if my limited art skillz don't do him much justice.
And next time, I'll be doing the Nordic crosses! Should I arrange them by pairing, geographic location, or size? I can't decide!
Anyway, now that I'm done with this pointless bit of procrastination, back to doing homework! Maybe if I finish soon enough, I'll even be able to finish my SuFin Sundays piece x]
Oh, and happy Mid-Autumn Festival! Too early? Nah, it's already the festival day in China by now, so not too early.
