Marginal success
The recognition ceremony thing was okay, I guess. The only nibbles they had were cookies, as I predicted, so I was pretty hungry by the time I got home. Then I went out shopping for trousers. I went to 5 stores in 3 places and found 1 pair of dress trousers among the many trousered selection at 1 store that were my size and that fit well enough. Ugh. I hate being short.
And again, why is it that women's fashion refuses us POCKETS on our trousers and jackets?
I am tired, irked, hormonal and exausted, but I should really go out and look at the meagre selection of office/desk chairs in the area. *doesn't budge* bleh. I need a nap.
