Someone needs to write this as of five minutes ago.
I cannot believe I forgot that Chris Hemsworth was in Star Trek XI. I am so shamed as both a Star Trek and Marvel fan of my idiocy. Now that I have remembered that Chris played both George Kirk and Thor, I feel there should be fic written as of five minutes ago in which the phrase "a lightning storm in space" takes on WHOLE NEW MEANINGS OF AWESOME.
Is Thor one of the Marvel'verse characters who can survive the vacuum of space without dying or passing out?
I feel that after many, many years of masquerading as Dr. Don Blake, Thor decided to be George Kirk instead, and flew off the ship before it blew up in order to open more whupass on the Romulans, hence explaining why it took them so long to attack Vulcan in the first place. X3
