Three plot ideas: Amy/Rory vid, Ducky!Doctor, & secretive kidfic
So, three ideas tonight! It must be an effect of regaining my keyboard from Irvine. Now that I can type without getting sluggish sticky keylag, that is.
I have no idea if I've already written these plot bunnies down.
1) I think that the Owl City song "The Saltwater Room" might make a very good Amy/Rory video, probably from Rory's POV.
2) Ducky of NCIS continues to remind me heavily of an older, more seasoned and half retired Eleventh Doctor. PLEASE, somebody write the fic in which an aged Eleven takes a sabatical from saving the universe to play ME for NCIS for a while. Bonus points if River or Jack shows up.
3) I want a kidfic in a fandom where a main character known for being really in-charge and serious and fatalistic as an adult gets turned into a child. However, only their body changes; their mind is as sharp and adult as ever. Here's the kicker though: for whatever reason, desperate for the escape from their adult responsibilities for a little while and knowing that other people would expect them to be regressed mentally as well, they ACT like they're a kid, but keep slipping up until someone makes the connection and they have to admit they're in full control of their faculties. I imagine this would work with Dean Winchester, Jack Harkness, Ianto Jones, Sherlock, Gibbs, Tony DiNozzo, Daniel Jackson, Jack O'Neill...whoever you like.
