*gratuitous icon usage* That would be how Richard looks in the third episode of BoB. And sadly... he isn't actually in ID4. His character was cut out, but he's still listed in the credits. :(

If you'd like, I can upload all the screencaps I have of Richard from BoB. It's not much because his character didn't get much screen time, but what he did get is lovely. And the caps are surprisingly un-spoilery. It's weird.
