Holy Crap On A Stick. No Place Like Home was a MUCH longer story than I thought it was - I assumed it would be just a few chapters, 10 or 20 max, like it's predecessors. Nope - it was 51 pages long, and WORTH every bit of eyestrain. No question about it -
LJ Groundwater is the Hogan's Heroes fanfic goddess. I even had tears in my eyes by the end. It was awesome.
It made me want to learn German, just so I could properly understand the dialogue in some parts, but it was all so well done it didn't trip me up at all.
But now that it is finished, I must shut down my computer. Next time I turn on, it shall be in a new land. *sigh* Auf wiedersehen, everybody! See you all from Irvine!
