Today I finally managed to pry the downstairs tv out of everyone's fingers and watch The Final Dimension. I've now seen all but one of the official movies, or so I think.
The Final Dimension is in my opinion the only sane film of the franchise, if you count out the campness of the baddie and the gratuitous sex scenes, for which I have no love. However the plot line and the way it was lain out as I viewed it was gratefully and considerably more understandable then it's brothers. It's now moved to the top of the list of order of favorites.
Having seen it, Highlander, the much hated "rebel HL2" The Quickening, newest movie The Source, and The Gathering (which I found out was the pilot episode of the series, with the content of episode 10(?) added on, on the vhs I found) I think I've compiled enough to lay out a reasonable and understandable plotline series of events to explain the gaps and inconsistances. This is just my take on it all, and has no claim to be "The almighty canon theory of highlander, follow it or else lolz."
Hey, I'm bored and avoiding my homework. Hush.
Actually, I think I'll write it up in Word and post it later. I really should get working on that homework. Bah.
It'll be good though. You can all laugh at me.
