RYOSUKE's BIRTHDAY POST!!!
Yamada, yama-chan, ryosuke, ryo-chan, ryu-sama are the names that people call YAMADA RYOSUKE. Knowing that he prefers to be called yama-chan, I still chose to call him ryosuke. But why I am talking about him anyway? Who is this Yamada Ryosuke?
I saw him in the first appearance of Hey! Say! 7 temporary group in music station. And as a person who is not yet introduced to the world of JE, the first thing that came to my mind while watching them performs was "what are these little brats doing in this show?" I mean they look like 10-year old kids dancing and singing with many back-up dancers (I find that very funny). Chinen got all my attentions because of the pirouette-like move that he is doing. And their dance is very girly and not suited for boys to perform; I ended up not interested in them. After a while I noticed this guy as the cutest among the army of shounen in the show. His name is yamada ryosuke. However, leaving me with not so good impression, I totally forgot about them.
On the May of 2008, I am in the midst of searching for a new drama or anime to watch. I try to read forums to get some suggestions, until a topic caught my eyes, it is entitled YAMADA RYOSUKE. I read the entries in the topic and saw cute pictures of this sweet little boy. I immediately googled his name and in his profile I learned that he already stared in a drama called Tantei Gakuen Q Without nothing else to watch I try watching this drama. It was a very exciting and fun drama. It will definitely force you to think and guess the real identity of the culprit. This drama makes me like him more. And this is where my life being a HEY! SAY! JUMP(specifically ryosuke) fangirl starts.

…an amazing actor
We all know how good as an actor ryosuke is. He proved it in tantei gakuen q, furuhata chuugakusei, one pound gospel and scrap teacher. He gave justice to all the characters given to him. The way he changes his facial expressions are amazing especially as Takasugi. Love the part when he is in a reindeer costume, it is very lovely. Hope to see more of his acting skills.
…a graceful dancer, sweet singer
With no bias at all, I think that he is the best dancer in JUMP. His way of expressing every step is very unique and flawless. He gave everything he got every time he performs. But I have to admit that he is not excellent when it comes to singing. Sometimes I can't help but laugh when I hear him sings but for sure he is giving full effort to improve his voice. And I believe that he can achieve the voice that he is aiming for. Everyone can see how he enjoys being on stage, singing and dancing for the people who are supporting him.
…a caring friend
YAMAJIMA does exist…but this pairing is in a very crucial stage now because of many reasons. These are just my opinions. First is the intrusion of someone. We saw how close they are back then until yuto found a new friend and leave ryosuke. And the fact that yamajima is going further and further away from each other really makes me upset. I missed their moments together. And up to now I am still waiting for their cute moments during the makings of PV and interviews. But currently, though it is heart breaking to admit, someone already took the place in yuto's life that was once reserved for ryosuke. Thanks to chinen and daiki for never leaving ryosuke's side. I love chinen for loving and caring for him so much. It is in their magazine interview where chinen said "I love him (ryosuke)" where we saw he appreciates him. I love daiki more for being a good friend and always hanging out with ryosuke (saying this makes me feel like I am ryosuke's mom… lol). Sorry for the randomness, I enjoy the magazine issues this May because of ryosuke-daiki pairing. Going back, we know how ryosuke love this group and I am aware that we all pray for their success.
…a devoted fan
Before I really hoped that ryosuke's favorite sempai is JIN because I love him too but he really admire KOICHI so much. The fact that he joined Johnny's Entertainment after watching KINKI KIDS concert means that Koichi is his goal and inspiration in life. It also shows that he likes nice, sweet, gentle and humble person. Actually sometimes I think that they somehow look alike.
…a … students
I wonder about the things that may change now that he is already in senior high. He once said that he will definitely get his first kiss before he graduates. Among his pretty classmates, I am curious who will be the lucky girl. Another thing that crossed my mind is entering university issue. It is better if he will go to college but now it looks like he will follow the steps of yabu, hikaru and yuya. So let's pray that he will realized how important it is to finish studies. I can say that he is not a very smart student like inoo, if ever he will go to college: ryosuke ganbatte kudasai!
… an idol with many fans and HATERS
The fans of JUMP cannot deny the truth that now ryosuke is the most famous among them. Many of my friends said that it seems that he is already the leader of JUMP. He is being hyped too much leaving the other members underrated. It is better if the work is equally distributed to each of them. Sadly, I met many people who like JUMP but simply hate ryosuke. Hating a member because he is more famous that the one you admire is very retarded and childish. Can't they love them as a group? Most of the haters don't like ryosuke because he is popular. It is not his fault for being loved by many fans besides being famous is the dream of every celebrity right? So they can't blame him for being one.
…a loving brother and son
Cooking for your family is touching though I know that he cooks only because he loves to eat. I agreed with JUMP when they called ryosuke a pig because he really is. How excited you are when you talk about your pets is very cute. Being the only son must be hard because of the expectations and pressures. His sisters are incredibly lucky to have him as their brother (I want a brother as cute as ryosuke XD). I don't know that much about his private life, so I can't add more.
Today is ryosuke's 16th birthday. OTANJOUBI OMEDETOU RYOSUKE!!!!!!
