St Louis has its own barbecue style. It’s apparently somewhere between Memphis and Kansas City, which is appropriate, as St Louis is geographically between… you guessed it - Memphis and Kansas City.
I’m curious how long I can go remembering to post some small thing I learn each day. Or at least each weekday, when I can be reasonably sure I’m near a computer.
