Due for a long time: Mr. Clock

Begun as a sketch back in Juèly 2008; left sitting half-finished on my hard drive for one year, as usual; finally finished today, between desperately trying to get back to work (yeah, like every teacher, I prepare my classes on the last two days of the holidays; everything's normal).

Mr. Clock, from Shadow Nexus. Yes, his clocks always give the exact same hour. Including his sundials.
