Cashed out, at last!

I took another step in my "second life", gathered my wits, created an account, and... finally cashed some of my in-game earnings at GOM :D

Oddly enough, GOM (Gaming Open Market) is something I had been wary of for a long time, probably because I just didn't understand it, and had this thought of "it's probably not useful". But let's face it, I've been selling clothes in SL since, even completed a pictures order for a good friend in there... it's not like I'm also doing much with that cash, I don't spend a lot of it in-world in fact. So I told to myself... why leave it like this, sleeping on my account *lol*

I'm not sure, in the end, of why I was so "frightened" of GOM at first, it really wasn't that hard at all to proceed to the transaction (and damnit, on Saturdays it's completed fast, haha). Maybe because I'm always wary regarding "real money"? No idea. But now I'm glad I had done it, makes me feel like I'm not "just wasting my time gaming", but also doing something... sorta useful?
