If you don't mind I'm just going to use the prompt that I missed out on last year.

Fandom: BTVS/West Wing
Pairing: Buffy Summers/Sam Seaborn
Setting: Post season 7 for BTVS, after Chosen. Your choice for West Wing.

Buffy comes to Washington as the North American Head of the IWC, and liaison to the White House. Sam's not quite sure what the IWC does, but he has a feeling he's about to live the Chinese curse "May you live in interesting times." Looking into the laughing green eyes of Miss Summers he's not sure that he cares.
