In other slightly more depressing news, just talked to Jackie S from CC and decided to give up the Evening Prayer talk for Discovery. I haven't been able to contact the adults I was supposed to work with, and the we're supposed to have the talks done by Friday, and I'll be at Manhatanville then. Besides, I had no idea what to write and I have way too much on my plate right now anyway what with Ap work and the tons of scholarship essays my parents are throwing at me. So I'm sort of glad I don't have to write a talk anymore, but I'm sad too since this is my last Discovery on Team and I really wanted this talk. But oh well. Hopefully it'll go to someone else on Team who really wants a talk.
Bev, sorry I couldn't go limo hunting with you today. But just think, tomorrow we'll be sitting in the Golden Theater watching the escapades of a bunch of foul-mouthed puppets.
