Freshmen are so adorable. Their student counsel was making their homecoming banner outside 401a this afternoon and I was talking to them. Dasha, remember Cara Delargy? Her brother Jimmy goes to my school now. Nice kid. I found out the theme for the banner but I was sworn to secrecy. Then I went to Campus Minestry. Mike Rogers is running it this year, with Kate H as his second in command. Once again, there were a ton of freshmen joining us this year. Our first gig is the Mass for the Diocesan Teachers Conference on the 29th, so all the songs we're singing were picked by the "old people". We have this really hard psalm that even Kate was having trouble with. Then I took the late bus home and spent the whole time talking to Liz, one of the freshmen on Science Olympiad who I just realized today is from my district and knows my brother. She's really smart and very talkative, and kind of disapointed that she didn't get into any Honors classes. So that's it for today. See you tomorrow.
