Friday
So it's finally Friday. And I'm really glad. I need this three-day weekend. Here's how my day went.
Before School: Drove in with Katelyn again and listened to the Rock Against Bush Cd she borrowed from her sister to give to Ms. Moran. Then hung out in the library.
English: Went over homework and finally started taking notes on Black Boy.
Recent History: Worked in our groups compiling research while listening to the music of Billy Joel. Found out that Laura also has a wire-haired fox terrier.
Creative Writing: Story of the day. I had study hall the period before and when the bell rang I went to put Jazzy's harness back on since I usually take it off while we're in 401a. She of course wanted to relax and by the time I got it on and was out the door the next bell was about to ring. That's when I realized I'd left my sweater in 401a whic had my elevator key and 401a key in one of the pockets. So I had to climb down three flights of stairs to the first floor where I was going to go to the office to borrow some keys. Luckily I found Ms. Moran (best teacher in the school) who had some keys and took me back upstairs to retrieve my sweater. Then I went back down to the first floor thinking Creative Writing was in the library again, but it wasn't. So that's why I was so late for that class. Luckily Ms. Ammann didn't kill me.
Apgap: Had a debate about the debate.
Lunch: Continued discussion about the debate which it seems everybody watched but me. What can I say, sleep is better than politics.
Chorus: Sang. The sopranos really need work and once again the altos don't know how to project.
Study Hall 2: Told Judi about my college choices.
World Religions: In the library again. I e-mailed myself the info I needed then went on Yahoo and looked at all the religious stuff they have. I never knew there were so many Christian denominations. Then caught the bus home.
So now I'm home. Franny was a bad dog before and pooped on the little room rug. I had to clean it. I don't know if there's a prayer meeting tonight but if there is I'm not going. I'm going to stay home and relax and maybe get some work done. I doubt it though. Later.
