It's Christmas Eve. In about an hour we'll be going over to Nanna's to have our traditional seafood dinner and early present-opening. But first, the past few days.
Thursday: Christmas Liturgy at HT. Katelyn and I got invited up to sing with Music Ministry which was really fun. An excellent Mas as usual and it was great to sing again. We saw Mr. Hetrich (who was playing the bass again), Mr. Chorusey, Mr. Lannig, Ms. Moran, and Mrs. Coor who's pregnant. She's going to have her baby in March, probably around St. Patrick's Day. After Liturgy we picked up Marc, went to Starbucks (peppermint hot chocolate is very good) and walked around Roosevelt Field. Thursday night I went out for Auntie Gina's birthday and went to the winter concert at my brother's school.
Friday: didn't do much except go to Katelyn's Aunt Karen's Christmas party, which was quite fun. Mostly sat around the living room and talked. They had really good desserts and I led the family in "The Twelve Days of Christmas"
And today's Christmas Eve. I'm starting to really get in the spirit. Wish we had snow though, or that it was somewhat cold. With the weather we're having it feels like Christmas in Florida.
My Pop-Popps would've been 82 years old today.
A very Happy belated Birthday to my favorite dog ever, Jazzy, who turned three yesterday. My baby's growing up. And a similarly happy Birthday to my lovely nephew Knight.
Merry Christmas to All and to All a Good Night!
