So, yea.
So.. yea. It's been a while (like 3 years. O.o). I don't really like to blog - I don't like to complain and nothing too interesting usually happens to me, but I'm going to make an effort. Man.. don't read those old entries. I hope that I'm not the only one that thinks I've matured a lot since those old blogs.. O.o
We got back from the NDK today. I had fun - I think I spent like $600. O.O I felt like the CD and hentai selection was severely lacking this year, but whatever. I bought a bunch of figures (a nice Monsieur Bome, a couple of Asukas, and a really really nice Ayane. No awesome Kasumis, though. T.T) I also bought a few hentai dojin's, some folders, a nice pair of earrings, and some expensive but awesome Pinky:St figures.
I dressed up as the angel from Disgaea, and I felt it was a complete success. =P I had my picture taken a few times, and on my way back from Wendy's with BM a chick said that I looked "pretty." :3 I also got my picture taken with an awesome Flonne, Etna, Laharl, and a Cleric! =P
I didn't watch any anime at all this year, but I did watch some Gunslinger Girl with Mike when we got home. Next year I think I'm going to try to go to some panels - I've never really done that before.
I got my DeJesus badge this year (Robert wasn't there last year and we all cried on the inside T.T), and it's so fucking awesome. I was wearing my cosplay when he did it, as you can see from my ID. <3 Me and the rest of TMF actually hung out with them this year and helped out, and it was really fsking cool. Robert even hugged me. <3 [I'll never bathe again! (oh yes. XD)]
Non-con related goings-on... A few weeks ago I got home from school and the neighbor's cat, Ozark, was outside, so of course I picked him up and held him for a while, since he's such a sweetheart. <3 While I was holding him, this SUV full of guys (age 16-25ish?) drove past, and one had his window down and yelled "FUCK YOU!!" out the window really loud. O.o I was a bit shaken, and they drove on and yelled "fuck you old bitches" out the window to the elderly ladies hanging out outside at the time. Wtf? Then about a week ago someone threw a pumpkin at my car. It still has pumpkin seeds on the roof and pumpkin-innards dried all over it. Thank God it didn't break a window. Then, when we got home from the con I saw that there was something new splattered on my car - this time it looks like a tomato. :sigh: I can be a bitch sometimes, but I don't think I've done anything to deserve veggies all over my car. T.T I don't know what to do.
I'm off tomorrow, but I have work on Tuesday then go back for the next term of school on Wednesday, and I'll be back into the norm again. >.<
On that note, I guess I'm done updating for now. Veggie-on-car updates as they come in. T.T
