I'm going to suggest two! The Historian by Elizabeth Kostova, and Lamb: The Gospel According to Biff, Christ's Childhood Pal by Christopher Moore. That last one is my favorite book of all time, and it's hilarious, in a mostly not-sacriligious way.
And just to make a record of the number of times I reply to you, I just realized I own another book by Christopher Moore that I haven't read. It's called "The Stupidist Angel"
Awesome. I am so looking forward to getting to choose my own reading. I started "Dewey" for two reasons. 1. It's about a cat. 2. It's about the only just fun novel we have around here, seeing as all we've bought for the past, well, 8 years were books for classes.
