(no subject)
We can't seem to have a normal weekend.
3 weekends ago - I have the worst headache I've ever had. Yay excedrin migraine!
2 weekends ago - I have a 102.7 fever. Yay tylenol and whatever my dr gave me (turning into a BAD cold)!
last weekend - the bathtub fiasco. Yay for a shower!
This week(end) - Justin has had pink eye since wednesday morning, he's getting a cold, I still have whatever I've had. Yay for me not getting pink eye (at least not yet) and for whatever my dr gave me (still)!
What will next weekend bring? Hopefully nothing too exciting! AT least not like the exciting we've had lately. I'm supposed to go see wicked, so hopefully I'll be all better...
The bathtub fiasco, incase you haven't heard...
Friday night we arrive back from the Predestination Prom to find dirt in the bathtub.
Saturday morning the tub doesn't drain well, so we email facilities - it can wait until Monday. As I clean the bathtub before my shower, I hear the shower above us turn on and water starts coming up from our drain. We call facilities - that can't wait until Monday. They come and fix it, saying it will get us through the weekend. I shower.
Sunday morning - we wake up to 3 inches of cloudy water in our bathtub. We call facilities and they come back. They leave, saying they can't fix it and we have 3 inches of brown water in our bathtub. But that we can shower if we scoop out the water with the bucket they leave us... I think not. We argue all day and finally get a room to share with our neighbors in the hotel on campus so we have a place to shower.
Monday - they fix it. Yay!
