What's red, bubbles, and scratches on glass?

Babies are sooooo small. How do they make them that small? It's just ridiculous. Especially their fingers and toes.

Imagine how small their internal organs are! Until a couple minutes ago, I never even thought about how small a baby's kidneys must be. Really really small. I wish I had 4-dimensional vision and could see inside solid 3-dimensional objects, and see tiny little livers and spleens inside babies. I wonder how babies can get kidney transplants. If you put one of my kidneys inside a baby, it would probably bulge out.
