I feel like I have a new compy. With way less crap. Except I forgot to copy my fonts (not a huge deal) and something else...but since I've forgotten what that is, I guess it wasn't important.
Am formatting queen!
I didn't even do the whole format c: thing. I unpartitioned my drive and then repartitioned it. Apparently there was 7 megs of space there that was being used for, I dunno, sitting around looking pretty? Anyhoo, it all works. I'm slowly re-installing everything, but organizing it the way I first did when I bought the computer. Then I got lazy and...yeah. So now I'm all freakishly organized.
Talk about traumatic! I could hardly watch as it was all being formatted.
Also: went out with Heidi. Bought two pairs of pants (one pair of cords and a pair of lounge pants), and a winter jacket that's 6-in-one, but is really a shell, a fleece, and a fleece vest that doesn't make me look like the stay-puft marshmallow man. Thank god. We saw Prime - it was decent. Then to chapters, where I resisted buying stuff, and then home where I ate, installed stuff, made oreo cheesecake squares and a banana loaf for tomorrow's charity thing at work.
