Saag paneer and homemade naan!
Flavors were great on both, but the texture was off. I don't have a true blender, just an immersion blender, and didn't get the puree of spinach quite thin enough. I also needed to simmer the spinach in with the spices for a little while longer to really infuse the whole dish.
The naan was...well, not such a success. I'm fairly sure I over-kneaded it but also reasonably sure it wasn't ever going to be quite the "right" texture as it was a heavier dough. I've found another recipe that I will try soon-ish.
In all, both delicious, and M. - after deep reluctance as I purchased spice after spice - really really liked them both.
