somewhere only we know
i turned 16 yesterday.
and at around midnight i was out with aydan (we just saw garden state) and i realised that i had been 16 for 15 mins and i thought i was going to cry. I know, its a little melodramatic of me...but i just didnt want to get older. it happened though and i came to terms with it. I slept in my little sisters bed that night and woke up to choccie pan cakes and a lazy sunday morning. I spent the day hanging out with my family and we had an apple tart to celebrate.
i got a mini ipod (blue!) and i love it like a child. I know, i am not a true lover of music bc only a TRUE lover of music will have a real ipod with a bazillion songs, but its going to keep my song consumption in check which is pretty great...also this means i will never have over 1000 songs on my comp and that will make sure that it doesnt discombobulate with slowness.
Today i got flowers from zac in honour of my birthday which was SO nice. I havent gotten flowers before and it was the highlight of my day. :D. They are sitting next to me on my desk right now. I also got some other stuff from people which was lovely. But the best part of this week is that fact that school is almost over.
also i have discovered Keane, they are vry vry similar to coldplay so for those of you that like coldplay you will love these people. ahh yes i am in a good good mood.
personal project is due tomorrow, and i have already given mine in so i guess that makes life good.
im going to watch tv :)
